Off-grid cabin and 120 acres of woods located along the South and West slopes of Clark Mountain in Piedmont Missouri. Independent from power grid and efficient in heating, cooling and powered through solar generated electricity. The roof is white to reflect sunlight and has six roof mounted 245 watt photo voltaic modules converting into a 48 volt battery bank inside the cabin.
Napoleon enamel propane stove and pioneer mini split unit above the bed are used for heating. The mini split unit can also be used for air conditioner along with two ceiling fans.
There is a 50 gallon water tank beneath the cabin which contains non potable water which is pumped on demand for kitchen and bathroom. Hot water is produced on demand by a tankless in line propane heater. Drinking water comes from bottles or water cooler.
There is a Biolet60 composting toilet which uses no water.
